What You'll Do


As Branch Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead your team, drive branch performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, workflow, inventory, equipment, and expenses

  • Drive revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8–15 employees

  • Recruit and onboard new team members while maintaining company culture and service standards

  • Monitor KPIs and performance goals, using data to drive accountability and celebrate wins

  • Ensure effective communication and workflow between Advisors, Technicians, Videographers, Parts, and Billing

  • Ensure repair orders, documentation, and service processes are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Use automotive technical knowledge to support quality repairs and adherence to company standards

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve concerns professionally and with integrity

  • Coach Advisors on ethical, confidence-based selling and customer communication

  • Work with the Regional Manager and leadership team to identify and execute growth opportunities

  • Support local marketing and community initiatives to strengthen the branch and customer base

  • Partner with Training & Development to support employee growth and career development

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, government regulations, and workplace safety requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe working environment


What We're Looking For


  • Previous leadership or management experience within the automotive service industry

  • Strong automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair and service operations

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance targets

  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to transparency, professionalism, and service excellence

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze KPIs and use performance data to make informed decisions

  • Ability to take ownership, make confident decisions, and drive results

  • Valid driver's license

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Experience with PBS, AllData, Identafix, Shift Service, HR4, Velocity Recon, or Google Workspace is considered an asset

  • Automotive trade certification or Red Seal certification is considered an asset
