What You'll Do

As the Finance Manager, you'll lead customers through the finance and vehicle delivery process while helping drive the success of the Sales Department. You'll secure competitive financing, present protection products, and ensure every customer enjoys a transparent, professional, and seamless purchase experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding customers through financing and vehicle delivery with professionalism and transparency

• Presenting financing solutions, extended warranties, and vehicle protection products

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

• Completing finance, licensing, warranty, and registration documentation accurately and efficiently

• Working closely with the Sales Team to structure deals and maximize customer satisfaction

• Supporting vehicle trade appraisals and finalizing vehicle transactions

• Coaching and mentoring Sales Consultants on finance products and deal structure

• Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and industry regulations

• Assisting with dealership leadership responsibilities, including opening and closing when required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive finance, sales, or dealership management

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to integrity and professionalism

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and lender portals

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous Finance Manager experience is considered an asset; however, experienced automotive professionals looking to advance their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $225,000 plus performance-based incentives, allowing you to be rewarded for your leadership, customer satisfaction, and results.
