Your work directly impacts customer trust, lead generation, and overall sales performance across all our locations.
This isn’t just posting inventory. It’s controlling quality at scale, making sure every vehicle is fast, complete, accurate, and built to earn trust from the first click.
What You’ll Do
Enter all new and used vehicles into inventory systems with complete and accurate VIN, specs, mileage, pricing, and location data.
Create and maintain standardized listing headers, subheaders, and extended callouts that highlight vehicle features and reconditioning work.
Write, edit, and publish vehicle descriptions using AI tools and company-approved templates.
Coordinate with Recon Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate photo capture.
Validate photo quality and completeness before pushing listings live.
Perform final quality control checks on all listings including pricing, descriptions, photos, and categorization.
Manage Recon Velocity merchandising queues, completing listings or returning units for correction.
Execute daily and weekly pricing updates as directed, ensuring system-wide accuracy.
Manage vehicle transfers across locations, updating all systems to reflect correct status, branding, and certification.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Who You Are
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control
Experience with inventory or data management systems; automotive systems experience is an asset
Proficient with spreadsheets and comfortable managing data across multiple platforms
Able to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads across multiple locations
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
Able to maintain high accuracy while working under time-sensitive deadlines
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues that impact speed-to-market
Continuously focused on improving merchandising speed and quality standards
