About the Role As Branch Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moncton location. Operations Management Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to support service excellence. Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue. Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance across all roles. Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed. Customer Experience Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
