We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our valued customers with their financing needs while upholding the highest ethical and legal standards. You will work closely with our sales team and lending partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team and maintain knowledge of sales and service department processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

  • Analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy.

  • Stay informed about current financial services offerings and alternatives.

  • Work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing.

  • Evaluate credit applications for completeness and accuracy, and match customers with appropriate financial sources.

  • Guide Guests through the financing process, finalize purchases, and ensure all required documents are signed.

  • Offer clients tailored solutions for warranty and incentive options.

  • Build rapport and trust with Guests.

  • Ensure all transactions are legal and legitimate, protecting both the dealership and the customer.

  • Collaborate with other managers to plan, forecast trends, and continuously review and revise dealership plans.

  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and follow up diligently.

  • Proven sales track record, ability to align customer needs with products, exceptional customer service skills, and interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems quickly, and strong analytical skills.

  • Honesty and strong ethical principles.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Sales or Finance Manager experience in an Automotive Dealership

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of bank and insurance terminology and processes.

Compensation:
