Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team and maintain knowledge of sales and service department processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy.
Stay informed about current financial services offerings and alternatives.
Work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing.
Evaluate credit applications for completeness and accuracy, and match customers with appropriate financial sources.
Guide Guests through the financing process, finalize purchases, and ensure all required documents are signed.
Offer clients tailored solutions for warranty and incentive options.
Build rapport and trust with Guests.
Ensure all transactions are legal and legitimate, protecting both the dealership and the customer.
Collaborate with other managers to plan, forecast trends, and continuously review and revise dealership plans.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in an Automotive Dealership
Experience as a successful Sales or Finance Manager in an Automotive Dealership
The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of bank and insurance terminology and processes.
Compensation:
An exceptional commission-based remuneration package is offered, with the potential to earn well over $150,000 annually plus medical/dental benefits.
