ReCar, Atlantic Canada's fastest-growing used vehicle retailer, is seeking a driven, high-performing Branch Manager for our Saint John location.

Responsibilities


As the ReCar Branch Manager, you will:

  • Overall Management of the Branch including all customer and team member interactions.

  • Ensuring that the Branch is achieving its volume and profitability targets.

  •  Management of the Sales Team and Sales Process including:

  • Constantly searching out future sales leaders and then training and coaching them, as well as our current team, to success.

  • Ensuring all Team Members follow our sales documented and successful sales process.

  • Providing exceptional service throughout our Guest’s experience including world-class vehicle deliveries.

  • Technology – We are a data-driven company and you will need to manage our various technology tools for the branch including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and various others

  • Lot Display, Presentation and Merchandising – we have high standards for how our locations need to look and feel.

  • Finance Office Management – ensuring that we stick to a process that is designed to allow our guests to be offered all of the possible credit and asset protection products and services we have in a 5-star service environment.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.

At ReCar, we eliminate the non-sales related tasks typically associated with automotive sales management. We handle administrative work, service and parts coordination, internal politics, and inventory management at the head office level. Your focus is on leading your sales team and selling vehicles. We provide the right vehicles at the right prices, and you drive the sales.


Compensation


An exceptional compensation package is offered for this position that consists of a base salary of $105 000 along with an aggressive commission structure which can easily top $200,000 annually.

We look for top performers and then we pay them like top performers.  A strong history of success in the Automotive Industry, specifically in sales and/or management, is a requirement for this position.
