Cars New Brunswick, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, five ReCar locations
(Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Woodstock, Halifax), two St Croix Auto
locations (Fredericton and St. Stephen), Velocity Auto Body, and 9 Wonder Auto
Centres across the Maritimes.

Service Manager position at Fredericton Mitsubishi.

Service Manager
Responsibilities include:

Establishing department goals,
objectives, and a marketing plan
·
Developing an annual operating
budget
·
Monitoring and analyzing
financial data and reporting systems to measure performance
·
Implementing manufacturer
policies and warranty procedures
·
Ensuring compliance with local,
provincial, and federal regulations
·
Managing department employees
·
Implementing after-sales
customer service strategies
·
Training and coaching employees
·
Nurturing positive
relationships with customers
·
Overseeing customer concerns
·
Creating a positive work
environment
·
Maintaining high quality
standards
·
Ensuring ongoing training for
staff
·
Holding weekly Service meetings
for feedback and improvement
·
Collaborating with the Parts
Department
·
Maintaining the service
facility and customer counter area
·
Maintaining and managing
special tools and workshop equipment
·
Implementing and maintaining a
formal appointment scheduling system
·
Properly documenting and
submitting warranty claims
·
Managing and utilizing the DMS
·
Answering customers’ technical
questions
·
Maintaining product knowledge
·
Tracking key performance
indicators and implementing action plans
·
Maintaining a harmonious
relationship with the Manufacturer
·
Promoting teamwork with other
departments
·
Conducting formal personnel
evaluations at regular intervals
·
Maintaining a professional
appearance
Qualifications:
·
Effective communication and
interpersonal skills
·
Knowledge of automotive service
systems
·
3+ years of experience in the
automotive repair industry
·
3 years of supervisory
experience
·
Strong planning and
organizational skills
·
Ability to multitask and solve
problems
·
Demonstrated leadership
experience
