Customer Care Representative

St. Croix Auto has an exciting new opportunity for a hybrid automotive administrator / sales representative role. Within this unique position you would be responsible for many administrative duties within the dealership as well as assisting with vehicle sales when required.

The right candidate should:

·      Possess excellent customer service skills

·      Be a self starter and be highly motivated

·      Have a drive to meet and greet customers and make a great first impression

·      Have experience in sales would be considered an asset, but not necessary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·      First and foremost, to ensure that every guest who we interact with has an exceptional experience whether that be on the phone or in person.

·      Managing the proper collection of accurate location guest traffic, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 

·      Any and all other administrative and support duties as instructed by Ownership.

·      When required, assist the sales team

·      Lot moves in winter when plowing is required

·      Uploading photos of the vehicle inventory to our dealer website

·      Management of dealer website including uploading new inventory online
